Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped from Thalia's Art Studio in Arlington, VA.
Special care is put into every single package to ensure the protection of your purchase! 

Please note that once your item has shipped, it is no longer in my hands. I do everything I can to ensure your packages will be protected and safe upon arrival, but once it ships, there is unfortunately nothing I can do! Please contact the carrier if you have any shipping concerns after your order has shipped. 

If any your products have arrived to you damaged, please contact me directly!
This will likely be due to shipping and I would be happy to send you a replacement if provided proper documentation of the damage. For damaged fine art shipments, individual solutions will be necessary; please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate!

Fine Art Shipping

My original works are only shipped at a special premium. This cost allows me to ensure the original work is properly protected in the highest quality packaging materials and with adequate insurance. Price is adjusted based on the size of the work. This premium is a necessary protection for my customers and my artwork.
